This place is amazing! I’m just getting back into caring for myself after many years of only worrying about others. I started attending the show cases that Pole & Aerial would host through a very close friend of mine. After the first number/routine I saw, I was hooked. I attended 2 more show cases after that and finally signed up for my first Intro to Pole class…now I am hooked. If you are looking for a place that builds women up and breaks barriers and walls down, this is the place. If you are looking for something new, a challenge, a workout, a good stretch, this is the place. If you are looking for a safe place to engage in self care with a group of sisters (some brothers too!) that will be your biggest cheerleaders, this is the place. If you are looking for a place with bada$$ women who are more empowering that the world is ready for, this is the place. YOU belong in this place and I encourage anyone to give just ONE class a try! I took a burlesque class with Nettie Boom and I highly recommend! It is fast paced but she is a fantastic instructor. I felt so sexy and empowered!!! 11 out of 10! I’ll definitely be back 😍😍
