I’ve been going to this studio for over 3 years now and still love it. I’ll never forget my 1st visit. I was nervous and clumsy. But everyone was so nice and class was fun. Not a competitive atmosphere and everyone is so supportive. It has become my home away from home and a place I can go to just be me, be feminine, be artistic, be strong af, reach goals, and watch others smash their goals. There’s a variety of apparatuses and classes to try at all levels. The studio is clean and well kept. If you’ve been thinking about it, give it a go!

It was so fun and everyone was so welcoming. I was so nervous because it was my first time trying the class but the instructor and fellow students were so helpful! I can’t wait to go back!

At 60 years, I am trying pole for the first time. The staff are welcoming and encouraging. My co-workers in the class were also supportive. This is just a warm, friendly place that feels like a 2nd home. They pay attention to detail, technique and safety. I travel 30 miles one-way to work out here. It’s worth it.

I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone and everyone! I came to the class on a whim, and fell in love with it immediately. I’m not one for exercise or for diets, so I was hoping this class would be a fun way to help me shed my leftover baby weight. In a matter of weeks I lost 20 lbs and quite a bit of flab! Aside from the amazing work out that it is, it does wonders for one’s self esteem. Mastering a move that first made you think to yourself ‘there is absolutely no way my body will do that’ feels amazing! The instructor is very easy going and patient, and the class allows you to work & learn at your own pace. It’s just all together fun!

Lacy and her incredible team of instructors are truly the best! They create such a warm and welcoming environment while sharing their expertise and passion. Their guidance not only helps you build physical strength but also boosts your confidence and leaves you feeling empowered. The variety of classes is amazing—I can’t wait to try them all! It’s also a fantastic place for kids. My children absolutely love the spiral and silks classes!

This place is amazing! I’m just getting back into caring for myself after many years of only worrying about others. This place is so warm and inviting and there is no judgement from my class mates or the instructors! Thank you P&A for helping me to take care of me again and to have fun while doing it!
