Nettie Boom is the main reason I started going to Pole & Aerial Fitness. Nettie is a fabulous teacher who breaks down the moves and always made you feel comfortable and safe in her class. I absolutely love her Burlesque classes and miss it. With my knee issues I haven’t dove back into pole but look forward to taking Nettie’s Heels class again soon.
I have had such a blast taking aerial classes at Pole & Aerial Fitness of SWFL I have learned something new in every class, the vibe is awesome, everyone is super friendly, great music is bumping, and there’s a literal puppy!

My daughter did the kids aerial camp and had such an amazing week! She put it as “awesome room, awesome equipment, awesome people.” Now we’re both taking aerial silks! Such supportive staff and just a great vibe.
I’ve been coming to Pole & Aerial Fitness for about a year ago and I’ve loved my experience there. I’ve taken classes in every apparatus (pole, lyra, and silks) and I’ve made so many improvements in strength and flexibility in the past year. I also have met so many amazing encouraging strong women. I feel like I always have so many goals that I’m working towards, as well as new accomplishments that I achieve!
Such an amazing tribe of women! They really lift you up and empower you and there are so many different types of fitness you can do here! Highly recommend checking this place out if you want to feel confident and surrounded by amazing like minded women!
Had such a great time! Went for a private class with my friends and had the best experience. Such a fun environment.
This studio is one of the most amazing places I have ever been! I came for my first class and was so nervous but quickly Michelle made me feel so confident (even though I was definitely in the struggle bus! 😂) I decided to keep coming back and I love it! Everyone is so lovely and welcoming and it’s such a magical and safe place to learn how to be sensual and strong! Sign up for tour first class and I promise you will LOVE it!
Thank you, Giovanna, for a very fun and interesting chair dancing class. I appreciate that class was not canceled due to the fact that I was the only one there. very nice studio, I am looking forward to coming back to try some of the other classes too.
