I was visiting the area from the Chicago suburbs where I take and teach pole. This studio not only welcomed me, but made me feel so comfortable and amazing. The instructor was amazing and did a wonderful conditioning class. I also took the very fun Magic Mike routine. Everyone was all different levels, ages and sizes but each woman killed it! What an amazing workout! I finished off my amazing week with a Valentines Lap dance class! Sooo fun, and definitely a workout. Do it all slow motion! Each instructor was amazing and unique and brought different styles and flavor to class. I cannot wait to come back and visit again!

My daughter did the kids aerial camp and had such an amazing week! She put it as “awesome room, awesome equipment, awesome people.” Now we’re both taking aerial silks! Such supportive staff and just a great vibe.
I’ve been working here for a month from the west coast. Everyone here has been so great and supportive.,,I bought a 5 class pass and have been able to use it for everything!! Love this place…5 stars!!
Nettie Boom is the main reason I started going to Pole & Aerial Fitness. Nettie is a fabulous teacher who breaks down the moves and always made you feel comfortable and safe in her class. I absolutely love her Burlesque classes and miss it. With my knee issues I haven’t dove back into pole but look forward to taking Nettie’s Heels class again soon.
