March 2018 is my 5 year aerial anniversary at this studio! I’ve been hooked on aerial since my first pole class the year I turned 40 years young with no dance, gymnastics, or athletic experience. I started attending the show cases that Pole & Aerial would host through a very close friend of mine. After the first number/routine I saw, I was hooked. I attended 2 more show cases after that and finally signed up for my first Intro to Pole class…now I am hooked. If you are looking for a place that builds women up and breaks barriers and walls down, this is the place. If you are looking for something new, a challenge, a workout, a good stretch, this is the place. If you are looking for a safe place to engage in self care with a group of sisters (some brothers too!) that will be your biggest cheerleaders, this is the place. If you are looking for a place with bada$$ women who are more empowering that the world is ready for, this is the place. YOU belong in this place and I encourage anyone to give just ONE class a try! An incredible place to work out. This studio is exceptionally clean, comfortable and friendly. A great variety of classes and teaching styles. I’m so pleased , I tried multiple classes and enjoyed the instruction of every teacher and staff member I met. The class pass was affordable and the facility feels modern and new.

Thank you for your beautiful hospitality. I traveled from the north to visit my mother who leaves right nearby you and very much enjoyed coming to your studio. I felt welcomed and comfortable. Estefania’s Flexibility class gave me some great new inspiration and ideas and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated your accommodating my tight schedule by adding an open Lyra session so I could practice. If you are Naples, resident or on a small period of time, and looking for the best fitness and Pilates studio experience you got to go to Pole & Aerial Fitness. As a professional in need of to strength and conditioning for my lower back, I found on my trainer Noelle the best professional I could have. She is extremely knowledgeable and made all difference in my life. I am finally pain free and I thank her for that. She is also great Pole and dancer teacher. You won’t find better professional that can help you achieve all of your fitness needs.

I took a burlesque class with Nettie Boom and I highly recommend! It is fast paced but she is a fantastic instructor. I felt so sexy and empowered!!! 11 out of 10! I’ll definitely be back 😍😍
