I was visiting the area from the Chicago suburbs where I take and teach pole. This studio not only welcomed me, but made me feel so comfortable and amazing. The instructor was amazing and did a wonderful conditioning class. I also took the very fun Magic Mike routine. Everyone was all different levels, ages and sizes but each woman killed it! What an amazing workout! I finished off my amazing week with a Valentines Lap dance class! Sooo fun, and definitely a workout. Do it all slow motion! Each instructor was amazing and unique and brought different styles and flavor to class. I cannot wait to come back and visit again!

If you are Naples, resident or on a small period of time, and looking for the best fitness and Pilates studio experience you got to go to Pole & Aerial Fitness. As a professional in need of to strength and conditioning for my lower back, I found on my trainer Noelle the best professional I could have. She is extremely knowledgeable and made all difference in my life. I am finally pain free and I thank her for that. She is also great Pole and dancer teacher. You won’t find better professional that can help you achieve all of your fitness needs.
I was visiting from Chattanooga and went to a class here. It was a nicely decorated and very organized studio. Teacher was amazing. I loved it, if you live in the area or are just visiting..be sure to check them out
