I used to dread working out and going to the gym, I always loved dancing, so when I decided to take charge of my health and have fun at the same time. I found pole & aerial, and my inner native changed completely!! Now I look forward to going to class, I am stronger more confident after every class! I recommend everyone try the fun of pole and aerial at least once in there lifetime!
Wonderful studio, incredible teachers that are so knowledgable and keep you safe! The spiral is so cool and this is the only studio in the area that has one. If you want to feel confident in yourself and your body this is an amazing place to go to do just that!

Such an amazing tribe of women! They really lift you up and empower you and there are so many different types of fitness you can do here! Highly recommend checking this place out if you want to feel confident and surrounded by amazing like minded women!

My daughter did the kids aerial camp and had such an amazing week! She put it as “awesome room, awesome equipment, awesome people.” Now we’re both taking aerial silks! Such supportive staff and just a great vibe.
I started going to this studio in October of 2017 when I moved back to town. I LOVE it! The classes are fun, engaging and a great way to get in shape. The teachers are wonderful and encouraging, as are the other patrons. I have met some of the best people and made great friends at this gym. I highly recommend it!
