Nettie Boom is the main reason I started going to Pole & Aerial Fitness. Nettie is a fabulous teacher who breaks down the moves and always made you feel comfortable and safe in her class. I absolutely love her Burlesque classes and miss it. With my knee issues I haven’t dove back into pole but look forward to taking Nettie’s Heels class again soon.
Tini is fantastic! She encourages you to push yourself while making you feel comfortable and safe. She has a great sense of humor and isn’t afraid to laugh at herself! Love Tini Tuesdays!

I started going to this studio in October of 2017 when I moved back to town. I LOVE it! The classes are fun, engaging and a great way to get in shape. The teachers are wonderful and encouraging, as are the other patrons. I have met some of the best people and made great friends at this gym. I highly recommend it!

This studio is one of the most amazing places I have ever been! I came for my first class and was so nervous but quickly Michelle made me feel so confident (even though I was definitely in the struggle bus! 😂) I decided to keep coming back and I love it! Everyone is so lovely and welcoming and it’s such a magical and safe place to learn how to be sensual and strong! Sign up for tour first class and I promise you will LOVE it!
I was visiting the area from the Chicago suburbs where I take and teach pole. This studio not only welcomed me, but made me feel so comfortable and amazing. The instructor was amazing and did a wonderful conditioning class. I also took the very fun Magic Mike routine. Everyone was all different levels, ages and sizes but each woman killed it! What an amazing workout! I finished off my amazing week with a Valentines Lap dance class! Sooo fun, and definitely a workout. Do it all slow motion! Each instructor was amazing and unique and brought different styles and flavor to class. I cannot wait to come back and visit again!
I started attending the show cases that Pole & Aerial would host through a very close friend of mine. After the first number/routine I saw, I was hooked. I attended 2 more show cases after that and finally signed up for my first Intro to Pole class…now I am hooked. If you are looking for a place that builds women up and breaks barriers and walls down, this is the place. If you are looking for something new, a challenge, a workout, a good stretch, this is the place. If you are looking for a safe place to engage in self care with a group of sisters (some brothers too!) that will be your biggest cheerleaders, this is the place. If you are looking for a place with bada$$ women who are more empowering that the world is ready for, this is the place. YOU belong in this place and I encourage anyone to give just ONE class a try! You will seriously NOT regret it for a second! Thank you Pole & Aerial for being “that place!”
