Nettie Boom is the main reason I started going to Pole & Aerial Fitness. Nettie is a fabulous teacher who breaks down the moves and always made you feel comfortable and safe in her class. I absolutely love her Burlesque classes and miss it. With my knee issues I haven’t dove back into pole but look forward to taking Nettie’s Heels class again soon.

I started going to this studio in October of 2017 when I moved back to town. I LOVE it! The classes are fun, engaging and a great way to get in shape. The teachers are wonderful and encouraging, as are the other patrons. I have met some of the best people and made great friends at this gym. I highly recommend it!

Awesome people, all around great classes, ALL THE TIME. They have awesome T-shirts to buy. They have great instructors and amazing showcases! The love here is amazing something that’s hard to find other places!!!

Lacy and her incredible team of instructors are truly the best! They create such a warm and welcoming environment while sharing their expertise and passion. Their guidance not only helps you build physical strength but also boosts your confidence and leaves you feeling empowered. The variety of classes is amazing—I can’t wait to try them all! It’s also a fantastic place for kids. My children absolutely love the spiral and silks classes!

An incredible place to work out. This studio is exceptionally clean, comfortable and friendly. A great variety of classes and teaching styles. I’m so pleased , I tried multiple classes and enjoyed the instruction of every teacher and staff member I met. The class pass was affordable and the facility feels modern and new.

All the women here are supportive, fun, and strong af. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get in sick shape without it even feeling like a workout. Just feels like a fun dance class with the girls. Couldn’t stop smiling. Hooked for life!!!!

I will never forget the day I viewed a pole video of Bendy Kate! Ms. Kate sparked my curiosity of pole dance and then I found Pole and Aerial Fitness of SWFL! It took me close to a year to drum up the courage to sign up for a pole class. I thought I was too old, so I emailed them. Melanie, a co-owner of the studio, convinced me to sign up to take Introduction to Pole in June 2018. I fell in love with pole, Carrie, and every singe person in that studio! What a loving, non-judgmental and safe place to be. It was all over…. I was hooked!!!! It was the first time I ever touched a dance pole and I could not get one foot off the ground, but I was determined, persistent and consistent with my pole workouts and strength conditioning. I took classes from all the instructors at the studio and I am also a student in the S Factor class, taught by Michelle, instructor and co-owner of the studio.

I fell in love with the women and men I have come in contact with in the pole community who develop their own styles and signature moves that make us swoon, the pole athletes performing mind-blowing feats of acrobatics that defy gravity, the studio owners that run on passion and community love, the girls in the clubs working like a boss in 6 inch heels. I love the storytellers, the aerialists, the instructors, performers, I love the music that hits a cord so deep inside it moves me – I love it all. But more than anything, I love the feeling of strength, power and confidence that comes from knowing you can lift your entire body weight over your head on a pole! Pole dance changed my life! And I am here to tell you that it is never too late and you are never too old to try pole dance!

Such an amazing tribe of women! They really lift you up and empower you and there are so many different types of fitness you can do here! Highly recommend checking this place out if you want to feel confident and surrounded by amazing like minded women!
