March 2018 is my 5 year aerial anniversary at this studio! I’ve been hooked on aerial since my first pole class the year I turned 40 years young with no dance, gymnastics, or athletic experience. My home away from home has made me not only physically stronger but also mentally. I promise you will accomplish something from each class which in turn will keep increasing your confidence. This is a journey where I see no end in sight, and you are not only a client but also are family. #strongatanyage
Thank you for your beautiful hospitality. I traveled from the north to visit my mother who leaves right nearby you and very much enjoyed coming to your studio. I felt welcomed and comfortable. Estefania’s Flexibility class gave me some great new inspiration and ideas and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated your accommodating my tight schedule by adding an open Lyra session so I could practice. I’ve been working here for a month from the west coast. Everyone here has been so great and supportive.,,I bought a 5 class pass and have been able to use it for everything!! Love this place…5 stars!!

I started attending the show cases that Pole & Aerial would host through a very close friend of mine. After the first number/routine I saw, I was hooked. I attended 2 more show cases after that and finally signed up for my first Intro to Pole class…now I am hooked. If you are looking for a place that builds women up and breaks barriers and walls down, this is the place. If you are looking for something new, a challenge, a workout, a good stretch, this is the place. If you are looking for a safe place to engage in self care with a group of sisters (some brothers too!) that will be your biggest cheerleaders, this is the place. If you are looking for a place with bada$$ women who are more empowering that the world is ready for, this is the place. YOU belong in this place and I encourage anyone to give just ONE class a try!
