Wonderful studio, incredible teachers that are so knowledgable and keep you safe! The spiral is so cool and this is the only studio in the area that has one. If you want to feel confident in yourself and your body this is an amazing place to go to do just that!

Can I give 5 more than stars?!?! Nette is absolutely amazing! She is a phenomenal Burlesque and Slinky Heelography teacher who creates a fun, supportive, and empowering environment. Her passion, expertise, and attention to detail make each class a joy… and slinky. I’ve gained so much confidence and love that she gives us the push we need to feel free to express ourselves through dance. I highly recommend taking a class with Nette, especially for anyone looking to express themselves, build confidence, and have a blast! Can’t wait to put my fishnets or heels back on. 😉

Awesome people, all around great classes, ALL THE TIME. They have awesome T-shirts to buy. They have great instructors and amazing showcases! The love here is amazing something that’s hard to find other places!!!

Nettie Boom is the main reason I started going to Pole & Aerial Fitness. Nettie is a fabulous teacher who breaks down the moves and always made you feel comfortable and safe in her class. I absolutely love her Burlesque classes and miss it. With my knee issues I haven’t dove back into pole but look forward to taking Nettie’s Heels class again soon.

I started attending the show cases that Pole & Aerial would host through a very close friend of mine. After the first number/routine I saw, I was hooked. I attended 2 more show cases after that and finally signed up for my first Intro to Pole class…now I am hooked. If you are looking for a place that builds women up and breaks barriers and walls down, this is the place. If you are looking for something new, a challenge, a workout, a good stretch, this is the place. If you are looking for a safe place to engage in self care with a group of sisters (some brothers too!) that will be your biggest cheerleaders, this is the place. If you are looking for a place with bada$$ women who are more empowering that the world is ready for, this is the place. YOU belong in this place and I encourage anyone to give just ONE class a try!
