This place is a judgment free space whether you want to do acrobatics or feel sexy with dancing or pole there are classes for all ages and it’s fun and the instructors here make sure your comfortable and also have alternatives for all levels whether you have 5 years or 1 month it will always feel fun and you progress at your own pace.
I took a half dozen classes while I was in town and enjoyed every one. The instructors are great and the studio is welcoming. I attended two S Factor classes with Lexi and they were exceptional! If you want to explore expressive, intuitive movement and cheer on a group of dynamic, sexy ladies (and discover yourself as one of them!) S Factor is a must.
