At 60 years, I am trying pole for the first time. The staff are welcoming and encouraging. My co-workers in the class were also supportive. This is just a warm, friendly place that feels like a 2nd home. They pay attention to detail, technique and safety. I travel 30 miles one-way to work out here. It’s worth it.

Nettie’s class is one of my favorite class at Pole & Aerial Fitness studio 🖤. She is an amazing instructor, she is very patient with students when struggling to get a new move (me 🙋🏻‍♀️😅) Her class will make you feel like a sexy and sensual goddess but you will also feel in a very comfortable and safe environment. I would recommend her class 💯 💯

Wonderful studio, incredible teachers that are so knowledgable and keep you safe! The spiral is so cool and this is the only studio in the area that has one. If you want to feel confident in yourself and your body this is an amazing place to go to do just that!

This place is amazing! I’m just getting back into caring for myself after many years of only worrying about others. Awesome people, all around great classes, ALL THE TIME. They have awesome T-shirts to buy. They have great instructors and amazing showcases! The love here is amazing something that’s hard to find other places!!!

I started attending the show cases that Pole & Aerial would host through a very close friend of mine. After the first number/routine I saw, I was hooked. I attended 2 more show cases after that and finally signed up for my first Intro to Pole class…now I am hooked. If you are looking for a place that builds women up and breaks barriers and walls down, this is the place. If you are looking for something new, a challenge, a workout, a good stretch, this is the place. If you are looking for a safe place to engage in self care with a group of sisters (some brothers too!) that will be your biggest cheerleaders, this is the place. If you are looking for a place with bada$$ women who are more empowering that the world is ready for, this is the place. YOU belong in this place and I encourage anyone to give just ONE class a try! You will seriously NOT regret it for a second! Thank you Pole & Aerial for being “that place!”
