How do I sign up for class?

Start by clicking on the “Book A Class” button at the top or bottom of this website to find a class you would like to attend.

If you’ve never been here before, you will need to click on “Create An Account” in the top right corner in red. Once you provide an email and password, you may begin registering for classes online.

Modify the calendar to view the day/week of classes being offered. Click your mouse over the class you are interested in to view the description. If you would like to register for the class, click on the “Sign Up Now” icon. You will need to pay for the class online to confirm your spot.

If you don’t want to pay online, or are having trouble with our registration system, please call us. Leave a message with your name, email address, phone number, and which class (day and time) you want to attend. We can reserve a spot for you, and you can pay when you arrive.

If you can no longer make it to the class, please call back and let us know so we can open up the spot to someone else.

What do I wear?

For pole, shorts are the best attire. No shoes required. A t-shirt or tank top is fine for beginners. NO LOTION, RINGS, or BRACELETS.

For aerial, leggings or yoga pants are appropriate attire. No shoes required. NO LOTION, RINGS, or BRACELETS.

Please, no thongs or speedos for any class.

How old do I have to be to take a class?

All aerial classes (lyra, silks & spiral) are intended for ages 7 and up. Pole classes are for adults ages 18 and over.

Each class has rating in the description to better assist in deciding which class is for you. The rating system is intuitive and easy to follow (PG, PG-13, PG-18 & R).

Do I need to register for classes or can I just show up?

It is imperative that you register for classes ahead of time to insure your spot is available, and to help our instructors plan effectively.

What is your refund policy?

Class fees, passes, and packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. Contact us to inquire about placing a pass or package on hold, or transfer payment to a different class, pass, or package.

In extreme circumstances, we may be able to transfer credits to another student. We try our best to work with all our students.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancelling a reservation is similar to making the reservation if you have a class pass or package.

You can use our online system if there are more than 12 hours from the start of the class. Please contact us via phone (leave a message) or email that you need to cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend.

Late Cancellations or No Show: Drop-in / Single class students: 100% of the amount paid for the drop-in class will be forfeited. If you didn’t prepay, you will still owe for the missed class the next time you attend.

Class Passes: You will forfeit the class credit.

I would like to take a tour of the studio. Can I stop in during business hours?

Visitors who are not registered to take a class must make an appointment to view the studio. This is due to privacy issues and to ensure a staff member is available to answer your questions.
