  1. Aerial Silks Basics (Beginner)
    Your first step into the world of aerial performance. In this Beginner class, you’ll start by learning the foundational skills of silks–climbs, basic poses, and controlled descents. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you become familiar with the silks and how to work with the fabric. Think of this as your introduction to defying gravity, where you’ll find your wings for the first time!

    Now that you’re comfortable with the basics, it’s time to add flow and finesse to your practice.
