Elite Kids Semi-Private Membership
This high-level membership is designed for young movers who are ready to grow in strength, confidence, and discipline through the art of aerial fitness. Held in a small group setting with a 6:1 student-to-coach ratio, this program offers personalized attention and a clear progression path for children ages 6–12.
Training takes place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 to 5:30 PM, offering consistency, structure, and skill development in a fun and empowering environment. Students will explore various apparatuses such as pole, lyra, silks, and hammock, all while building coordination, creativity, and a love for movement.
Perfect for kids who want to soar—physically and mentally—with the support of expert coaches and a curriculum that celebrates their unique growth journey.

8-Week Aerial Fitness Boot Camp for Kids
Welcome to the Pole and Aerial Fitness Boot Camp for kids! This 8 week challenge for kids (7 to 15 years) is designed to spark creativity, build strength and flexibility, and create memorable moments for families.
With three engaging aerial fitness classes each week, your child will enjoy age-appropriate workouts while hitting exciting skill progression milestones like mastering new moves and earning fun badges. Meanwhile, parents can take part in short mindfulness exercises, bonding challenges, and coaching sessions to support their child’s journey and strengthen family connections.
Weekly mini-competitions, a skill-tracking system, and a grand showcase event make this program a fun, motivating experience for everyone involved. Let’s build confidence, fitness, and lasting memories—together!
