Chrissy, originally from Chicago, has been teaching dance and acrobatics to children since 2008. She studied dance in college, primarily ballet/pointe and modern, and performed with the University Dance Theatre for three years.
Chrissy relocated to Florida in 2016 and started studying silks, pole and lyra in 2017, shortly after giving birth to her fourth baby. She is certified in Acrobatic Arts, and in 2018 traveled to take the Aerial Silks certification course through the Circus Arts Institute in Atlanta. Chrissy also loves incorporating safe stretching techniques after studying under dance physiotherapist Lisa Howell, and is studying to be a NASM personal trainer.
When she isn’t doing all of this, Chrissy is learning computer programming. She also enjoys yoga and acroyoga, nature, and spending time with her kids and dog.
