Beginner/Intermediate Spinny Pole

This class is designed to teach the basics of spin pole and fluid movement.

We ask that you take Intro to Spin Pole, have prior Static Pole Experience or Instructor Permission prior to signing up for Level 1/2.

Sheila Kelley’s S Factor Level 1 & 2

Begins with the S Factor workout and moves through pole work, floor work, pole flow, optional striptease and play clothes assignments, and concludes with the S Routine or free dance.

This class is 2 hours, and combines Level 1 & 2.

This fun class will focus on learning the moves to a Magic Mike themed routine.

Lyra (Aerial Hoop) – Level 1 & 2

In this class you will be practicing a lot of pull ups and climbing techniques.

This class will work on getting you stronger for pole work and deepening your flexibility.

Flexibility – All Levels

Want to get that split, backbend or take a pole move just a bit farther? This is the key!

This class is dedicated to increasing your flexibility with a variety of stretches on the floor and using the different types of equipment.

You will do a warmup to prepare your joints, followed by static stretches. Want to get that split, backbend or take a pole move just a bit farther? This is the key!

Bottoms Up! – Flex Combo Class

If you want to give your core, booty & legs a little special attention, this is for you.

All of our classes will give you the full body workout you are looking for. But if you want to give your core, booty & legs a little special attention, this is for you.

We will use a combination of floor exercises, ankle weight exercises, and Barre exercises, as well as BOSU for optimal results. No pole experience necessary.

Classic Burlesque

An introduction to the old school bump-n-grind classic burlesque moves.

Classic burlesque beginner choreography. An introduction to the old school bump-n-grind classic burlesque moves; bumps, shimmies, shakes, hip circles, struts and slinky walks for all levels.

We’ll learn the fundamental concepts of classic burlesque movement and dance. Explore the art of tease in a sultry, sexy class.

Wardrobe: comfy/sexy, low heels or barefoot.

Learn to combine pole dancing and chair dance in a fluid, flowing routine.

FFM (Fluid Feminine Movement)

1 hour S Factor style workout class.

1 hour S Factor style workout class.

Come build strength and deepen flexibility. Class will consist of a 40 minute workout on the mat using your own body weight and resistance. There is also a 10 minute cardio standing hip circle series and 10 minutes of stretching to cool down.
